Support

A real person reads every message. Email hello@getclearo.com and include the Diagnostic ID from Settings in the app if your question is about your account; we aim to reply within one working day.

Restore a purchase

Open the app, go to Settings, then Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID you used to buy Clearo Pro. The screen tells you whether a subscription was found.

Cancel or change a subscription

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are managed in your Apple ID settings, not in the app. On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Clearo. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

The free trial and free tier

Every new account gets 7 days of unlimited AI scanning with no payment method needed. After that the free tier includes 1 AI scan a day, up to 10 saved meals and 14 days of history. Barcode scanning and manual logging are always unlimited.

Delete your account

In the app go to Settings, scroll to Danger zone, then Delete account. This permanently removes your plan, every entry, your photos and your account from our servers, and revokes Sign in with Apple. Deleting the account does not cancel an active subscription; cancel that in your Apple ID settings first.

Export your data

Your food log and weight log can be exported as CSV from Settings, then Your data. Export is free for everyone.

About the numbers

Every entry shows where its figures came from: a verified label, a database, or an AI estimate with a confidence level. Estimates are for general information and are not medical advice. If you are managing a medical condition, speak to a qualified professional.
